RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition and packaging.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact our customer service team
2. Receive a return authorization number
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Attach the provided return label
5. Drop off at designated shipping location

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Custom-designed aquariums
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned after 60 days

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is free for defective items. For all other returns, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
